Ny tränare i herrlaget

Möbelmästarna i Örebro presenterar herrarnas nya tränare, José Gerardo. Han har varit på plats i drygt tre veckor och vi har mycket att joba med. Vi vet att vi ligger efter på många fronter men krigar på för att komma i fas. I morgon söndag kl.17:00 spelar vi säsongens första match, seriepremiär hemma mot Uddevalla FC.
Här har José skrivit fritt om sig själv och sina erfarenheter.


- I am José Gerardo, Portuguese and a Professional Futsal Coach. The summary of my professional experience 30 years. Coach in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Azerbaijan and China. Teacher in courses for Futsal coaches and monitors in Portugal, Angola and China.
Technical Director in Clubs in China, responsible for the organization, planning and programming of training at the club.

I accepted to come to Sweden, because I wanted to know the men's and women's league to get a real idea of ??the value of athletes and the organization of the federation and clubs in a world TOP society. I was well received by the club's management and i like the city. I also like the culture of the Swedish people (respect, education, organization and discipline) and I like their gastronomy.

I have the idea and expectation that the 2022/23 sports season will be one of the best futsal championships held in Sweden. Many teams with foreign players and foreign coaches, which makes the championship competitive and with added value. In short, the expectation is that the level is above average and that there is an evolution of the national player. My personal expectation is that my time at the club (Örebro Futsal Club) will be a turning point in all situations (sports organization, professionalism, evolution in the sporting component and the best classification in its sporting history)
